Impact & Leadership Foundation (ILF) exists to prepare Generation Z and Generation Alpha to lead lives of purpose by developing the knowledge, skills, and character needed to strengthen communities, create meaningful social impact, and navigate an increasingly complex world.
Through leadership development, career readiness, civic skill-building, social impact, and the responsible use of artificial intelligence, ILF seeks to equip young people to become thoughtful leaders, engaged citizens, and lifelong contributors to the public good.

Research is not a separate initiative within ILF.
It is the thread that connects every aspect of our work. Through the ILF Research & Innovation Institute, we will produce research centered on how young people develop as leaders and engage in meaningful social impact. That research will inform our programs, guide mission-aligned grantmaking, and help shape partnerships that expand opportunity and strengthen communities.
